A: Yes we are able to install any of our product range on site (Cost is calculated on distance to job)
Q: We have had issues before, with installers not adhering to strict standards.
A: We use automotive standards when installing our product
Q: The vehicle is interstate how can i get the product fitted?
A: We are happy to fit our product interstate (cost is negotiated with client)
Repairs
Q: What is your minimum workshop charge?
A: Our minimum workshop charge is $50
Q: I need a replacement speedometer cable are you able to supply me?
A: Yes, we manufacture cables on site, and can make complete cables, end to end, or supply just replacement inner cables.
Q: I am restoring a vintage vehicle, can the gauges be repaired and restored?
A: Yes, our technician has over 20 years experience. There are many options available to you from partial to complete restorations.
Freight
Q: I live out of the city but need a gauge repaired how can i do this?
A: We have the use of many freight companies, this helps our customers who have a favoured company they use. We have accounts with TNT, Couriers Please, Auto Smart, Northern Kope and Golden Riverland Express. We are also happy to use Australia Post.
Q: I don't have an account with any of the above couriers how do i get my repair, purchase back?
A: We can add freight charges to your account and send your repair back as needed.
Payment
Q: As outlined before, i live out of the city how can i pay for my repair, purchase or account?
A: We have payment options that allow you to settle you account if you are unable to come into the store.
Q: I run a business how can i start an account with you?
A: There is a form in the downloads section you need to fill out and fax to us on 08 8362 3812
Q: I want to use my Capricorn account to purchase through you, are you a Capricorn member?
A: Yes we are a Capricorn member all we need is your Capricorn number and we can set up an account for you.
